Q5: Why there are white foam-like water being in the treated water at the initial usage? A5: To preserve the RO membrane for a long shelf-life, and prevent the membrane from being oxydized, a water soluble protection material is coated on the surface of the membrane, which will be rejected in both the rejected water and treated water, for initial use, both rejected water and treated water should be rejected and the the RO membrane should be thourghly cleansed. The treated water at initial use shall not be injected to the water storage tank. Q6: Why there are bublles in the treated water? A8: Chloride and chlorine content is harmful from the feed water, RO membrane is easily to be damaged as the surface of the RO membrane will be easily being oxydized.
